This letter is being sent Cc: to all parties mentioned for reference and condition of the criminal/civil violation of Federal Law Antitrust & Fair Trade against my publishing, promotional and artistry efforts surrounding the International Best-Selling Novel ‘FLORIDA RETIREMENT IS MURDER’ that occurred on June 18, 2024 and continues to be actively assaulted & harmed by illicit actions mentioned below.
Per the previous and ongoing update information, I wish to address AMAZON / GOOGLE / META Administration, Executive Management, Regional and Technical Staff responsible for the Administration, Execution and Direct involvement of both AI(Artificial Intelligence) and SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) illicit actions taken against my brand in both economic and illegal political censorship, professional harm, theft of resources leading to personal bankruptcy and that of a purposeful administrative policy exploit towards an elder gentleman artist and author of 65 years of age.
I am absolutely convinced that this letter will be shuffled now, through a politically motivated and corrupt organization that fails to place human assessment and worships administrative and technological actions of a facility or business model designed for accumulation of money and power! Yet in the anticipation that there is a singular who distinguishes between maltreatment and integrity, I submit this evidence of catastrophic economic and personal impact your undeviating actions have caused myself as I am attempting to supplement a retired Social Security life of limitation, hope and dreams. It is with sincere prayer that an open mind, gentle heart, clean soul exists on the other end of this letter. I have doubt…
For Clarity Purpose Only – I am a man who was born with multiple amputations, birth defects and deformities that required my life to become that example of a ‘St Jude’ referenced child in 1959. With over 20+ surgeries by age of ten, I was able to walk. Albeit I never wore a regular shoe till age 12 and the ongoing discriminative error of those who cannot see past my limping gait or that of my deformed hands and amputations, age related defects in mobility and now severe poverty, life is about Ability! The ultimate ability to overcome obstacles visible and manageable to view and toil around or develop a method of wellbeing to adapt is all that I am able to focus upon in my retired age now and always!
However, when the force of a malicious or negative motive is attacking from the perspective of Greed, Envy or the actual ‘Love of Money’, then the battle is no-longer a human experience capable of fair and equal opportunity. It then becomes that of an obstinate soul sickness and takes on an identity of that which is beyond spiritual or common decency. It becomes a hateful and a decisive action taken with either direct or indirect consequences! And the real test of mortality to that is whether an individual is capable of a rigorous righteousness to act accordingly and carry a Moral Responsibility !?
These are the questions and terms I ask myself when loving, caring, respecting or acting towards another person or effort and check my motives on what the penalty is to follow? It is a characteristic of Fairness and Altruistic life that yields a full heart and clean soul!
With all this being said, it was without precedence when the collapse of 2020 occurred from a SCAMDEMIC of both political greed and global assault that has since been and continues to become exposed on the world stage. With power comes error in judgement, gluttony, ignorance and failure! I understand this because I too once felt power of self-indulgence. Thank God I had a collapse of spirit when I was younger than later. I pray who may still be reading this letter and in full realm of your own power struggle that your event in life comes sooner rather than later… You’ll understand when it happens, we all have them! Some of us survive to build again. And in 2019 after 20 years of success as an International Artist and then an Award-Winning Screenplay and Film Development, that portion of my life was stolen away by cowards and thugs who wear suits too…
After a year of depression, I left Florida to return to the cold of Indiana which was a home of origin. I resigned, life was full circle so I thought and it was time to surrender. As a creative individual that sedentary isolation was not an obtainable option for me but more so, the cold weather was placing my legs and feet at risk of finally being taken off, thus the decline of my physical hope to be a free man… It was in 2022 that I crafted and wrote this Novel from laughter, humor and jovial roots of my life long travels in the free state of Florida.
With ARC reviews clearly identifying the strength of this publication, I decided that it would best serve to once again, pull myself up to return to Florida and promote, live and revive my life! After over 300 submissions to NYC Agencies, Agents and Publishers with ridiculous greedy offers, I made a choice to publish this new book under a ‘Micro-Publisher’ umbrella – KCProduction. Primed to do so, I sold off my home in Indiana and used almost 30,000 of my own money for promotional material, Author Engagements and Appearances, Solicitation, Travel and Release of Content.
In April of 2023 GOOGLE announced through an AI listing that this was the “Breakout Fiction for Cozy Mystery Readers Everywhere”.
The accolades began to appear in rapid succession with Award nominations and the December 2023 recognition for the Award-Winning Audiobook as ‘Best Cozy Mystery Team’ of 2023! The chart and sales began to surface in both domestic and global. United Kingdom, Canada and Australia leading the path, in the Spring of 2024 the corruption of the Amazon Ranking System, Collusion and Monopolizing efforts that violated Fair Trade Law began to appear in blatant means. The GOOGLE Post previously mentioned was removed, the daily ranking in ‘Search would often times be drastically reduced and the website SEO records started to become pushed back into secondary and third page results. These actions are now still becoming more and more visible that a person, agency and administrative act were directly targeting my publishing and success. Somewhere, someone was actually making a choice to attack a disable senior gentleman who built a better ‘Mousetrap of a book! And clearly, these keyboard cowards are not fooling anyone!
Some of this following information may be repetitive and my hope is that there is a place of courage, strength and core value for the individual reading this to continue!?
In April of 2024 ‘Hatebomb’ book reviews began to appear in rapid succession on the manipulated and corrupt website ‘Goodreads’. This website was once used in good faith, honest to a point and a welcomed resource. Clearly that administrative policy has changed and the multiple documented cases prove that AMAZON has become a manipulative and dishonest mechanism and distanced from the original Mission Statement that originated in a garage once by a self-funded effort… The attacks became so severe that once a Five Star Book Review would appear (2-4 a week at this stage with only a few honest fan reviews below 4) that the higher the book climbed the charts, the more aggressive the attacks. One such fake review still exists on the Amazon listing that used an Algorithm means to place key wording into the listing to lower the ranking and ratings. At the time of that attack, the book was cresting into 4.7 out of a 5.0 rating and inside the TOP 100 on almost all category related lists.
On June 18, 2024 in the afternoon, the book was aggressively selling and royalties appeared to become accelerated to push past the $500 monthly range(@ .80cents royalty sale avg.) for the first time since release aimed towards and ranked on most TOP Seller Lists'. It was the “hump” that I was praying for and the Fans were all excited and shouting from the roof tops of the success online, social media and beyond. It was then that CAA(Creative Arts Agency) solicited and requested to open a conversation for the TV & Film Rights indicating the 'principle' had the information and would be in touch!! Albeit now knowing that the Social Media platforms too were politically corrupt and in alignment with the next event to take place and harm my life directly!
At midnight that night, after multiple emails fighting to get AMAZON to remove the False/Fake/Corrupt HATEBOMB reviews, the Paperback(ASIN: B0BRDPJXPM) version of the Amazon listing was Banned and Removed in the United States – ONLY!! In addition, over 30+ VERIFIED 5Star Reviews removed. The book had crest that night from the huge bump in sales(ALL CHART RECORDS & Digital Footprint Data Available) from a 4.7/5 and was Ranked 8th in Canada and 21st on Planet Earth in the Genre. The product was completely Censored in the US, Total Product Collapse, Loss of Income Immediately Imposed – STOLEN !!
The next morning, GOOGLE sends a message “Your Website has received Higher than ‘PREDICTED’ Traffic and we have limited access”… META follows up in a few days “We have stopped recommending your Page”…
Perspective – I am a gentleman who was surviving on about $300 a month disposable (on a good month) in 2023/24. I put EVERYTHING I had into this – I Put Everything I had the ABILITY to do into my Talent & Self, God Given Talent & Belief of Good! The Royalties were a supplement that began to allow my lifework to survive above the level of deep poverty and WHEN the time comes that my legs are amputated the rest of the way off; I would have resources to live with the dignity of knowing I made a living for myself and the legacy for my Grandchildren! Instead, I lost everything and forced to file Re-org Bankruptcy on 50k and lost it all… I lost my livelihood as a result of AI(Artificial Ignorance), an Admin Action, a Greedy Organization, Individual Mental Illness and manipulation that used a keyboard to kill another human being…
Since this illicit evil action that(responsible party involved) perhaps You and your Boss, your coworker or the foolish actions of a politically motivated individual took, I have been unable to recover. The CAA (Creative Arts Agency) request for the Film/TV rights has gone silent. The ranking continues to be manipulated and throttle down to 4.2 (Magically anything at 4.5 elevates the Listing – But you already knew that) as shown in the example on February 12, 2025 when a 5 star review was finally visible and within 1 hour – a FAKE ACCOUNT, False HATEBOMB review took the value of a 5star to null. What a Cowardly action and predictable… Whoever the undisciplined and distorted individual was that executed that evil action was, they are not very accountable to the values of integrity or honesty – FACT !! You are not hiding or unknown…
As this letter began, it will end with noted recognition and Cc: of the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) DOJ (Department of Justice) and All Federal Contacts and Recording Accounts that have been monitoring, collecting and oversight of the illegal harm that was taken against my life! All of this is directly related to my Political Faith both online and in print! My Artistry and the Painting ACT is as clear as possible – GOD BLESS AMERICA !!
Summary, I believed in myself and my ability as an author. You took that away! I made a life altering change to protect myself in my final years of life! You took that away! I am severely harmed, bankrupt and attempting to survive now with close to no disposable income available. I eat rice and crackers with cheese often… You may have laughed at that and if so, may God have Mercy on your Soul!! Your Agency is a Liar, a Thief and Coward who attacked a gentleman author who wrote ONE BOOK! A cozy snowbird comedy publication that gives laughter, joy and fun to the audience that was better than the competition and was out pacing the entire genre. In a world full of opportunity, it almost resembles the idea of since you can't compete in your own lane, cheat... 'Sound familiar
This letter is a preset to future reference for factual content, historical documentation and accountability of individual(s), corporation, profit & otherwise organizational entities to be held responsible for harm, conditional, direct and indirect neglect, tort, liability and damages related.
